Who am i?
A quick wander through this site will show you all you need to know there...
But a brief breakdown... My name is Neil Googe, first and foremost I am a comic book creator, though I have also worked as a concept artist, project developer and commercial illustrator.

At one point or another I've drawn most of DC comics main roster of characters, from Batman and Superman to Wonder Woman and the Flash. I've also worked with most of the major video game production companies.
WHAT AM I DOING?
Well I'm finally taking the leap and attempting to bring back a character I created almost 20 years ago.
Long before I worked with DC comics or the numerous games companies, I along with two others, owned and ran a publishing development company called Com.X.

While there I created the character Bazooka Jules. While only lasted 3 issues where ever produced, regardless of everything I've done since in my career, to this day, it's usually the first question I get.

Well, as much as I have often promised I would over the years, I can finally say "Now".

WHATS THAT THEN?
What Bazooka Jules was and is are two very different things. A quick search for Bazooka Jules on Google will bring up some rather controvertial imagery.
As this web site shows, what Bazooka Jules is today is a very very different thing. At least visually.
The core of the book remains the same, but I have changed as a creator, and I feel the new Jules reflects that.
I do not want to deny what the book was, theres a lot of that I am still proud of. But as I say, a lot of that has changed, dramatically, and so is not something I want to focus on too much in the relaunch.
That said, I do understand that people will have questions. So rather than focus on that here, if you click the button below, it will take you too a video about this subject on my youtube channel where I do discus the differences in the character and why.
